TUV T5 lamps have a single or double base and emit UV-C radiation at 253.7 nm. Their small diameter of 16 mm allows for a flexible and small-sized design of the system. TUV T5 lamps offer a constant UV flux throughout their lifetime, for maximum disinfection safety and high system efficiency.

Warnings and Safety

• A broken lamp is very unlikely to affect your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove the pieces, preferably with gloves. Place them in a sealed plastic bag and take it to your waste management site for recycling. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner.
• DANGER: Hazard Group 3 Ultra Violet Product. These lamps emit high-power UV radiation that can cause serious injury to the skin and eyes. Avoid exposing the eyes and skin to any product that is unprotected. Use only in an enclosed environment that protects users from radiation.
• Plants and/or materials exposed to UV-C radiation and/or ozone for an extended period of time are susceptible to damage and/or discolouration.
